Ever Life Skills ("we", "us", "our") is a sole proprietorship operated by Vishal Manjunath Koti, delivering life-skills workshops for children aged 11–15 and operating this website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used and protected. By using this website or registering for a session, you consent to the practices described here.
Our programs are designed for children aged 11–15. We collect information from and about a child's parent or legal guardian, who registers on the child's behalf and provides consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without a parent or guardian's involvement.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, specifically:

Information collected is stored in a manner intended to prevent unauthorised access, and only accessed by Ever Life Skills for the purposes described above. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Parents/guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information provided for their child, or ask us to stop using it for future communication, by writing to info@everlifeskills.com.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the booking of any workshop or session offered by Ever Life Skills, a sole proprietorship based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By accessing this website or registering for a session, you agree to these terms.

We deliver practical life-skills workshops for children aged 11–15 (Class 6–9), conducted in person at residential communities, schools, or other announced venues in and around Bengaluru. Each session runs for approximately 60 minutes. Session dates, fees, and venues are as described on our website or in communication sent at the time of registration.
Workshop fees are as displayed at the time of registration and are collected securely through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR). Your Razorpay checkout confirmation serves as proof of registration.
We expect all participating children to engage respectfully with facilitators and peers. Ever Life Skills reserves the right to remove a participant from a session, without refund, in cases of conduct that endangers the safety or wellbeing of others.
We are committed to the safety and wellbeing of every child in our programs and follow reasonable safeguarding practices consistent with applicable Indian child-protection law, including maintaining a safe environment during sessions and requiring parental consent for participation.
While we take reasonable care in conducting our sessions, Ever Life Skills is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in a workshop, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Indian law.
All curriculum content, materials, session plans, and the Ever Life Skills name, logo, and tagline are the property of Ever Life Skills and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Please read this policy carefully before registering, as it explains exactly what to expect if your plans change.
Fees paid for a session are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation request is made — including cancellations made well in advance of the session date. We do not offer partial refunds under any circumstance.
A session fee cannot be carried forward, credited, or applied toward a future session. If you are unable to attend a session you've registered and paid for, and wish to attend a later session instead, a fresh registration and payment is required for that new session.
A paid registration is recorded in the name of the person who made the payment. If you're unable to attend and would like to transfer your existing registration for the same session to someone else (for example, a sibling or friend taking your spot), you may request this by emailing info@everlifeskills.com with the new participant's details.
We ask for this notice period because session logistics — headcounts, materials, and venue coordination — are finalised shortly before each session, and last-minute changes create avoidable disruption. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting this timeline.
In the event that we cancel a session (for example, due to insufficient registrations or venue unavailability), registered participants will be offered a full refund for that session, processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.
If you believe you've been charged in error, or a payment did not go through correctly, write to info@everlifeskills.com with your Razorpay payment reference, and we'll look into it.

Ever Life Skills does not ship any physical product. This policy explains how our in-person workshop service is delivered once a registration is completed.

Every participant is charged individually at ₹199. For example, a family of 5 registering together pays ₹199 × 5 = ₹995 in total.
